We just worked on a lot of connections! Does anyone know what a connection is? **Pause for answer\*. Connections in ninja class are when we put two or more moves back to back with NO pause. where did you guys work on connections in class? \Pause for answer\. This week we are focusing on Belonging! Does anyone know what that means? \Pause for answer\ . *Belonging means “feeling welcome and important in a place or group” in class that can look like (Insert examples of things that classes were working on). It sounds like you guys were working really hard out there today! Have the kids make a tunnel with their hands up and have the next class run through it.
Say this to each other: “You are a good friend!”
Say this to yourself: “I belong.”
Have your whole class repeat the affirmation out-loud at the end of class!
