We just worked on a lot of wall skills! Shout out the favorite skills that you guys worked on this in class! Pause for answer. This week we are focusing on Tenacity! Does anyone know what that means? Pause for answer . Tenacity means “Not giving up on something” in class that can look like (Insert examples of things that classes were working on). What was a hard thing that you didn't give up on in class today? Go around prompting answers. It sounds like you guys were working really hard out there today! Have the kids all gather together and put hands in the middle to shout NINJA on the count of three.
Say this to each other: “You are determined to improve! You give 100 percent!”
Say this to yourself: “I never give up.”
Have your whole class repeat the affirmation out-loud at the end of class!
