<aside> ❓

The Why? This will be hard for some athletes as we move through our cartwheel body shapes against the wall. The wall will help reinforce head in and legs OVER the body, not helicopter around.

<aside> 🚧

Corrections: Our cartwheels move from a closed hip position to an open hip position. These drills will get athletes ready to stack their hips through the movement. Remind them to really square their body to the side!
