Stage set up 2:30-3:30

• everything set up for the gray floor

  • stage
  • canopy
  • lights
  • move a few mats
  • put out velcro names for opening spots
  • figure out a wireless mic
  • place dots for itty bitty (first panel and side dots for ending)
  • have large thank you cards for cast to sign (one for Nate/ Natalie, one for Bob, one for Ciara & Office)

  Sharly and taylor pre order food for Saturday to be delivered at 3:15pm

Dress Rehearsal

Athletes arrive at 4:30- warm up and get into costumes

Walk through staging of opening and finale

go over show expectations (smile, help each other out, no weggies, DO NOT TALK BACK STAGE, don’t peek through curtain)

Itty bitty arrive at 5:15

Run show (have stage notes printed and on wall)

Take full cast photo & group photos

wrap up around 6pm and send everyone but Snow Scene home

Snow scene rehearsal 6-7

• during this time comp girls can eat snack/ food, and then start working through their comp routines visually

7-8 Competition run through

• do a walmart order of cast photo
