Monday AM (For camp host)

• Set small table from coaches room in front of office with sign in /out sheet and name tags.
• Check in that coaches all understand rotations, attendance, and are set up and ready to go for check in.
• As parents sign kids in have them confirm their phone number, confirm pizza, and make sure they have a nut free snack.  Note who is picking up
• Have a coach help direct kids to go put stuff in cubbies. As soon as everything is set up all coaches should be by the kids. Start taking kids out on floor right away- coaches will help divide into groups.

DURING CAMP

-Once everyone has checked in bring the sign in/ out sheet into office and put away small table.

-Call anyone that has not arrived to camp by 9:15/9:30

• make sure coaches are on rotation, they are being safe, teaching skills, games ect. Kids are with group, help where needed.

-Make sure when there are preschool classes that the campers stay on their area for snack. Sweep up after all groups have eaten snack.

Bathroom RULE: kids not allowed on their own. Must have door propped open and coach near. During snack one coach at bathroom and other with kids

-At 11:50 set up sign out table and get the sheets. Coaches should start cooling down at this point. Let parents know when they are ready to take their kiddo they can sign out.

-Call kids over as parents sign them out. Once a group has 2 -3 kids picked up have coaches combined group and one coach go and start cleaning up. Keep combining until only 1 coach has kids. At 12:00 any left over kids come and sit by you so that all coaches are cleaning up. Everyone should be picked up by 12:05 or go start calling parents.

-Coaches should wipe and put away all mats, vacuum as needed, sweep snack area, put away tables and put chairs back for classes, have someone wipe down bathrooms (basically make sure gym looks ready for PM classes) Complete the camp chore chart

-Send everyone home. Should be done by 12:15. IF there is a bigger issue for clean up reach out to Assistant Manager to get some other coaches in early so that those that are coaching in the PM don’t go over time.

Tuesday AM (camp Host)

• Set up regular camp (same as monday)
• Run sign in for regular camp
